An early morning attack at an Omaha home left two young women dead and six others injured, police said.
Officers responded to an emergency call of shots being fired at about 2 a.m. Saturday.
The women, who were in their 20s, were dead at the scene, authorities said.
Three other people were rushed by ambulance to the Nebraska Medical Center, where one was listed in critical condition and the two others were reported in serious condition.
Family members of the wounded got into a fistfight at the hospital and two were arrested, WOWT-TV reported.
Three more wounded were driven to the hospital in a car.
Police have not released the names of the victims or a motive for the deadly attack.
