LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - At least five people were hurt, one critically, on Saturday when a Los Angeles commuter train struck two vehicles, fire officials said.
Four of those injured suffered minor injuries in the crash near the University of Southern California campus, the Los Angeles Fire Department said in an email.
Los Angeles media reported that two of the train cars had been derailed, although images from the scene showed them to be upright.
The cause of the wreck was not immediately known, the fire department said.
