Andrew Getty, the grandson of oil tycoon and Getty Oil founder J. Paul Getty, was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Tuesday.

The grandson of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, who was found dead and bleeding from his rectum in his L.A. home, claimed in court papers that Lanessa Grace DeJonge — the ex-girlfriend who reportedly found him dead — was using his mysterious medical condition against him.
“A rise in my blood pressure places me in grave risk of substantial and irreparable injury or death,” Getty said in a court filing obtained by the Daily News.
“Lanessa DeJonge is aware of my medical condition, and she has exploited this information to demand money and property from me, refusing to leave my house.”
The revelation that Getty took out a restraining order against the aspiring actress and model on March 16 came after the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office reported that the heir appeared to have died from natural causes.
Andrew Getty won a temporary restraining order against ex-girlfriend Lanessa Grace DeJonge, who he claimed “exploited” his medical condition against him.
“The tentative information that we do have is that he was not feeling good for the last couple months,” Assistant Chief Ed Winter said.
Winter did not say what Getty was suffering from and Getty did not identify his condition in the court papers. He said only that it was diagnosed in 2013 and left him extremely vulnerable.
“I have a serious medical condition and if my blood pressure rises, I am at serious risk of injury or death," he said. “My doctors have advised that heated arguments can cause my blood pressure to rise dangerously.”
Getty, 47, was found dead Tuesday in the bathroom of his Hollywood Hills mansion, naked from the waist down, after a woman in his home called 911.

KTLA TV in Los Angeles identified the woman as DeJonge, who is now being questioned as a witness by homicide detectives.
In the court papers, Getty said DeJonge stopped by his pad to pick up her belongings after she got out of jail “and has since refuse to leave.”
Getty said that on March 15 he and DeJonge clashed as they sat in a car.
"Everything was thrown from the car. She kicked and hit me repeatedly," he claimed in the papers.
DeJonge had an earlier meltdown on Aug. 11, Getty claimed.
“Lanessa became deranged, arguing with imaginary people,” he said.
Getty said the LAPD responded to that incident as well. He also recounted that in 2012 he had DeJonge arrested after she pepper sprayed him in his home.
That case was dismissed at his request, Getty said.
“She has been removed from my home by the L.A.P.D. on numerous occasions," he said.
"I helped her get an apartment of her own, which was burned so badly in a fire, originating in her apartment, that it was uninhabitable," he said.
"Some weeks later, she showed up at my door. I let her in and within days she became deranged, called the police and soon she was back in custody on a warrant issued for a case involving assault on a police officer."
DeJonge, who is 32 and also went by Lanessa Grace, could not be reached for comment. A 5-foot-9 blonde with double-D cups, she described herself on the Model Mayhem site as “Eastern European.”

“Realizing the product is the point and not me does not bother me a bit because without a canvas there would never be a painting,” she wrote in the “About me” section. “High cheek bones on a large head...makes good canvas!”
Getty is a grandson of the founder of the Getty Oil Co., who died in 1976 at age 82. His parents, Ann and Gordon Getty, confirmed his death in a statement Tuesday.
Getty bought the 70-year-old villa where he died in 1996. And police had been called to the residence more than 30 times since then, mostly for domestic disturbances and drugs, TMZ.com has reported.
